Job Title: Consultant, Digital Marketing Analytics and strategy
Location: Dallas Texas with occasional travel (travel component 15%)
Duration: 6 Months+ Contract to Hire

We are seeking a Consultant, Digital Marketing Analytics and Strategy with
a track record of analysis, implementation and optimization of email,
digital display media, search marketing, social media direct response, and
other marketing channels strategies.

The Consultant will create, coordinate and manage predictive analytics,
marketing and customer acquisition strategies as part of company's Big data
driven insight and target marketing next generation products for our

Skills and Experience:
3 years' experience working in strategy and/or marketing, including hands
on participation in analytic projects with cross functional teams to drive
business decisions
Strong experience or knowledge of commercial multi channel B2C platforms
for evaluation and recommendation of the best platform to fit the
2 years' experience working on marketing campaign analysis, using
test/control, media mix, or other multivariate methodologies can include
one or more of the following email tests, site tests, attribution modeling
or testing/measurement of other digital media such as display, social,
search, etc.
Well versed in marketing metrics. Should be able to relate to standard
marketing metrics like conversion rates, response rates, CPA, CPM, lift,
Knowledge of digital media and the role of individual channels in an
integrated marketing landscape preferred

Specific interest and experience in marketing topics such as digital media,
display remarketing, DSPs, DMPs, multi-channel attribution and general
marketing strategy
Strong intellectual curiosity; must be able to think critically and
strategically, must be able to think about a problem, hypothesize solutions
and dig into the data to figure things out
Strong Excel skills. Must be able to use pivot tables, filters, charts,
lookup functions, etc.
Must be able to synthesize, articulate and effectively present complex
data/analyses verbally or in written form in a variety of presentation
settings (one on one, small and large, groups, with peers, and management)

Must be detail oriented and a quick learner. Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Must be passionate, energetic, self-motivated and a team player
Bachelors in Business, Economics or related field required. MBA a plus.
Experience testing, measuring and analyzing digital display media a plus
