This position has the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 7
years professional work experience or a Master's Degree with 5 years of
professional work experience is a MUST, preferably in online marketing!

Supervisory experience over other staff, strong leadership skills,
management and interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both in
writing and verbally, working knowledge of front and back end web
development (HTML5, CSS3, ASP, Javascript, EXSLT/SML, C# and .NET), design
experience in Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop, search engine
optimization, content management experience (Sitecore, WordPress,
SharePoint, or other management systems), e-commerce systems experience
(esp. Blackbaud (BBIS/BBEC), Social Media, mobile apps, presentations and
videos experience.
