Robert Half Technology has been asked to assist a client in retaining an IT
Help Desk Analyst to join a growing team.

Winning personality and good phone etiquette are a few keys to succeeding
in this role. Candidates must have troubleshooting as well as phone support
experience. Position Description: Provide guidance to retail stores using
remote tools to perform configurations and general support to the stores as
needed. Requirements: Able to work independently and efficiently to meet
deadlines. Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and
other electronic communications. Self motivated, detail-oriented and
organized.

Experience with computer hardware and software issues. Proficient in
Microsoft applications such Windows 7, Office 2007, and Internet Explorer 8
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and
organizational skills. Experience in an enterprise environment with
Microsoft Active Directory Experience with retail store technology
troubleshooting Strong customer service skill Microsoft certification a
plus Heavy phone call volume Evening and weekend hours
