HRIS People Soft Analyst

Our client is in immediate need of a HRIS-People Soft Analyst (positions in
Dallas).

Contract 2 full-time: 3 months

The Peoplesoft/HRIS Specialist works on assignments that are diverse in
nature where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals in
accordance with established policies. Exercises judgement within generally
defined procedures and practices, with the ability to determine best
methods and procedures.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or
equivalent combination of experience and education.
Good problem solving, organizational, and communication skills, plus
knowledge of state and federal laws regarding Human Resources, are also
required.
This position requires strong PeopleSoft knowledge and experience in
creating complex queries.
This position also requires expert Excel and database knowledge as well as
experience in all aspects of HR reporting.
Job Requirements:

PeopleSoft
Reporting and queries Query Manager, joining tables, establishing criteria,
setting date prompts and data validation.
Security People Tools, create/modify/delete security roles
Process Monitor initiate, review processes
Monitor and Troubleshoot inbound interface with ATS (iCIMS)
Monitor and Troubleshoot inbound interface with Asscoiate Change Form (ACF)
an intervally developed application for iniating and approval workflows of
interval changes such as compensation changes, transfers, separations,
promotions, etc.
Correct data issues with start date changes and incorrectly processed
transactions
Excel - Expert level pivot tables, vlookups, if/then statements, and data
formatting and manipulation.
HRIS Reporting experience headcount, terms, hires, LOAs, PTO, compensation,
benefits, etc.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting to management, Finance, HR and other
departments and users
Ad-hoc reporting for Sr. Management, Legal, Sales and Communications
