IT Support Specialist

BravoTECH, a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks
IT Support Specialist for our preferred client in their North Dallas
location.

Description:

Knowledgeable regarding current available technology solutions and
proficient in Microsoft applications.
Working knowledge of Hardware and Software utilized throughout company.

Server and server application support (Exchange, MS-SQL, DNS, DHCP)
experience is a plus.
Experience in the operation of A/V presentation equipment is a plus.

3-5 years' experience supporting infrastructure in an enterprise environment

Excellent Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities for this Position Include:

A well-developed commitment to customer service and providing the finest in
first level end user support.

3+ years' experience supporting and troubleshooting PCs, operating system
software, application and LAN connectivity.

Strong knowledge of Windows platforms and software.

Knowledge to operate audio visual (A/V) equipment including projectors,
display panels, sound mixing, etc. for presentation purposes

Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Will ensure proper use of procedures and tools throughout the company,
including use of virus protection, security software, licensing, etc.

Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.

Help ensure the network is operational whenever required by business needs.

Monitors and assists in maintenance of network, phone, and data systems.

Provides quality customer service to all clients in a timely and
professional manner.

Participate in Team meetings.
