Lease Administrator

Lease Administrator

Financial & Realty Services, LLC ("FRS") has immediate openings for
candidates to provide lease administration services for our federal
government client in the Fort Worth central business district.

Lease Administrators will review and abstract lease documents; maintain
databases and manual files; analyze/process rents including taxes; interact
with landlords on lease administration issues; provide budget and data
analysis; work with federal government team to improve client/agency
satisfaction with building services; maintain and preserve real property
assets; lower operating costs, and ensure the provision of quality facility
related services. Additionally, assist the government with reimbursable
above standard services; periodic inspections of leased facilities; and
document inspections on the appropriate government forms.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or CPM, RPA, CFM or a Master's degree in
a related field preferred.

Five years of relevant experience in a federal and/or commercial facility.

Strong technical, written and oral communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks

ISO 9001 knowledge a plus
