Dallas Employment Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a Dallas
Commercial Real Estate firm. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's
Degree in Communication or Marketing, Great Adobe skills, and experience in
Marketing for a Commercial Real Estate firm.

The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator will be to support the
client's teams in all marketing, advertising, public relations and event
related functions. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for
creating and continually developing marketing materials and
presentations/proposals consistent with company standards that result in an
increased target market awareness of the Dallas team's strengths and
capabilities. It is also the responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator
not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with
clients and vendors but also to focus on productivity and results.

Responsibilities:

Work as a part of the Dallas teams to support all team members in
administration of marketing related functions including but not limited to:
design and development of specialized marketing campaign materials,
electronic and direct mail marketing distribution, written proposals and
RFP responses, and preparing documents for presentations.
Assist with innovative design and development of brochures, presentations,
proposal templates, etc.
Create customized HMTL coding for email blasts.
Manage team listing website and updating content.
Responsible for maintaining client database.
Tracking deal progress.
Preparing marketing reports for clients with updated details on the
listings progress.
Review and edit materials and proposals for spelling, grammar, and format.
Develop business relationships with vendors, media, and others necessary to
maximize company exposure in the local market.
Routinely update marketing collateral materials with current statistics and
graphics conformity.
Monitor competitors' marketing materials and incorporate best practice
changes when appropriate.
Provide general administrative support to brokerage team and other staff as
necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in communication design,
marketing, or new media preferred
Must have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite; Adobe
Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Photoshop
Marketing experience preferred
Commercial real estate experience a plus
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Can conceptualize abstract concepts into written documents
Must be able to multi-task, adapt to rapidly changing priorities on a
regular basis and a continually heavy workload.
Must be able to perform tasks that require a large amount of concentration
with interruptions and changing priorities.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Requires strong customer service orientation.
Must be a self-starter and can takes initiative.
Must be organized.
