Medcore is a cutting edge compounding pharmacy company headquartered in
Dallas. Our foremost goal is to use our extensive healthcare and pharmacy
expertise to provide the best customer care in our marketplace, as well as
high value to our investors.

We are looking for a highly motivated, forward thinking, responsible and
pro-active person to join our rapidly growing company. Compensation will be
based on your level and/or years of experience. Compounding experience is
not required, but is highly preferred.


As a Sales Rep for MedCore you will make visits and manage new and
previously existing accounts to develop solid partner relationships with

Client Maintenance & Relationship Building

Daily visits to clients to remain updated on their compounding needs

Build relationships and generate an increase in sales from accounts within

Gather information on compounding needs, close sales & forecast future

New Business Development & Sales Reports

Search for potential clients, visit medical complexes and market services

Identify key accounts and successfully convert their business to MedCore

Consistently provide status of current and potential customers

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in outside sales with a proven track
record of success.

Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting
established objectives.

Well-developed written and oral communication skills.

Applies a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving
techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve
performance and company effectiveness.

Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with
employees and external contacts (i.e. MD and office staff) at all levels,
demonstrating the awareness of their needs and responding with the
appropriate action.

Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, Etc.) or other business
management software preferred.

Candidates must be able to successfully pass background, motor and drug
screen investigations.
