This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to leading and
coordinating all aspects of the distribution process of medical equipment
utilized in hospital, clinic, home settings and other facilities within the

Leads the site's planning, execution, and communication of all daily
clerical and operational processes, including but not limited to:
Labor Planning/Driver Management
OSHA and DOT Compliance
General Administrative Duties
Customer Service Responsibilities
Human Resource Administration
Product Functionality Checks and Cleaning
Load Planning, Routing, and Carrier Management
Collection/Reporting of KPI data
Required to perform all tasks/functions within the operation.
Promotes a safe culture with drivers, warehouse employees and
administrative staff at the facility.
Builds strong relationships with customer sales force and key members of
multiple business units.
Develops presentations and presents information professionally to internal
and external management/customers.
Directs implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Lean and
Responsible for site P&L and forecasting.
Administers performance reviews to drive professional development.
Facilitates and documents training on procedures and best practices.
Monitors DOT & Hours of Service compliance for all drivers.
Travel required: 5 - 10%.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Advanced level technical skills utilizing MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, & Word.
Experience using warehouse, transportation, and inventory management
Ability to motivate, train, lead, and evaluate the performance of

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 - 5 years related experience
and/or training required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Warehousing, DOT,
and familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the
