The Confidential Advisor LLC is a Houston, Texas-based technical and
executive recruiting firm. We find professionals who engineer, manufacture,
and implement technology in energy and oil & gas, as well as the industry's
widest range of products and services from exploration to production.

Plans and coordinates the engineering phase of the project such as
preparation of design basis, process requirements, specifications and
technical documents, package design, and package testing. Ensures that all
engineering deliverables for assigned projects are identified and
prioritized and is responsible for the technical content of the project.
Performs various engineering calculations and analyses related to process
design, and sizes and selects mechanical and process equipment such as
pumps, motors, pressure vessels, filters, blowers, heat exchangers, valves,
and instruments. Solicits supplier quotations and reviews for technical
compliance, budget, and delivery constraints and approves supplier
engineering and design documents. Reviews package design and components for
compliance with industry standards, engineering principles, company
standards, and customer contract requirements and related specifications.
Develops and or collects the engineering and QA documents required for
design, customer approval, and fabrication of the packages, including but
not limited to Design Book, Equipment List, Spare Parts List, Equipment
Data Sheets, QA Procedures, etc. Evaluates and acknowledges changes to any
technical documents during all phases of the project up to and including
startup and commissioning. Other duties assigned as required for projects
or company standards development.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree in Engineering plus minimum five years of industry experience
working with riser tensioners, motion compensation systems, HPUs and
Accumulators.

Extensive knowledge of industry standards and specifications (API, DNV,
ABS), engineering and manufacturing processes is a must.
