CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following:

Location: Government Defense Contractor in North Fort Worth

The Recruiter is charged with identifying top-tier candidates, for
consideration with multiple vacancies, by utilizing sourcing methodologies,
business intelligence, internal/external networks, professional
organizations, branding initiatives, and technology tools, in support of
strategic business objectives. This requires collaborative interaction with
Recruiters, and (in some cases) hiring managers and HR business partners.
Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold
calling, complex internet searches and research to meet talent demands.
Responsible for developing a comprehensive talent community within
designated niche or functional specialty. Effectively manage the candidate
pipeline to ensure continued identification and movement of candidates
through the use of candidate relationship development activities, programs
and communication strategies.

Minimum of 4 years of recruitment, sourcing, and deep web-mining
experience, with candidate interaction.
2+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, utilizing Boolean
logic, AIRS training
Aviation or Engineering Recruiting experience and Taleo preferred.
Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) is highly preferred. Two years of relevant
experience may be considered equivalent to one year of college education.
Strong skills with MicroSoft Office

Clear Drug Screen

Pay: $20 - 25 BOE
