Regional Manager Operations

Greystone currently has an excellent opportunity to join our corporate team
as Regional Manager - Operations. This is great role for someone who is
ready to move from onsite operations to a corporate operations role.
The Regional Manager will work with the Operations division of Greystone
Management Services ("GMS") in a variety of roles. The primary
responsibility is to provide support and supervision for the day-to-day
ongoing operations of Greystone's senior living communities. Other
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in planning and implementing the Pre-Opening process for each
new community, including assistance to the Regional Director in preparing
and maintaining the Pre-Opening Checklist., participating in pre-opening
Assist in crafting and implementing the new "Pinnacle" Hospitality
Certification Program, to include coordination of the initiative and
development of training
Participate in the development of general Standards and Guidelines,
Training Materials and Staffing Models
Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, business school or other
equivalent experience, minimum of three (3) years managerial experience
preferably in the senior living, health care, or hospitality industries,
and two (2) - four (4) years' experience in research, analysis and/or
computer analysis or systems project, management operations or related.
Other requirements include MS Office proficiency and the ability to travel
approximately 25% of the time.
