Texas- The Catalyst Recruiting Group is working with a
growing, dynamic, multi-national capital equipment manufacturer. Do to
their growth, they have a newly created position for a Regional Sales
Manager for the Mid-West for their earth moving and construction product
lines. The region will include Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas, &
Louisiana. The regional sales manager will be in a home based office and
must reside within the territory. The Regional Sales Manager manages sales
activities through appointed dealers or direct sales channels. This
position is responsible for the overall development and management of
dealer relationships within the territory. Additionally, this position will
serve as the product champion for a specifically assigned Earthmoving
product and will be the liaison between them Dealer organization and the
company for this product. Responsible for building and managing a dealer
network for sales and marketing within the assigned territory. Identifies,
develops, and coordinates effective business relationships with dealers to
ensure maximum market share within the assigned territory. Provide training
and support to dealer sales representatives. Assists in delivering sales
presentations to key clients in coordination with dealer sales


Minimum of 5 years experience in a territory or regional sales management
role with current experience selling earth moving and construction
equipment. The ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.
