Technical Lead / Administrator:
Lead all technical aspects involved in delivering Salesforce projects -
primarily custom code development (Visualforce and Apex) but also any other
related technical items (such as data and external application
integration). The Technical Lead is expected to have extensive experience
in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce
technologies such as Visualforce and Apex. The Technical Lead will document
the technical design and provide guidance to the developers throughout the
development, testing and support phases.
From an administrator responsibility perspective, the admin will oversee
the variety of environments in SFDC, work on code deployments/migrations
and data migrations.
Responsible for managing and administration of changes between environments.
Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects.
Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of
developed solutions fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve
Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution
such as data migration, integration and custom development.
Responsible for the day to day administration of the SFDC environments
Responsible for hotfix deployments.
Manage and provide direction for the onshore & offshore teams in support of

Knowledge & Experience

Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly.
1-3 years of technical team leadership experience
5 years direct experience in software development and/or programming design
and systems management
Bachelor & a possible degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or
closely related field or equivalent experience
Salesforce 501 Certification Required
Salesforce admin certification required.
Previous work experience on an Agile team is a plus
