The Telecom Search Group Inc is pleased to announce a new career
opportunity for an A-player telecommunications sales executive.

Our client is a leading provider of infrastructure equipment and related
services to telecom and wireless Carriers and Network Operators throughout
North America. Their services include a wide variety of Equipment,
Logistics, and Repair programs. Their management team has been working
diligently in building high-performance technology distribution companies
since 1984.
Our client is a dynamic and growing entrepreneurial enterprise, that is
seeking to develop key Tier 1 Wireless Carrier accounts.

Position Objective
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum sales
revenue in assigned accounts. Success will be achieved through diligent
prospecting and 1) development of new and existing relationships with key
decision makers throughout each target account; 2) identifying all
potential opportunities to serve these customers; and 3) working with
client's subject-matter experts in each area to successfully win and
execute new profitable relationships in addition to increasing use of
client's services by existing relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage existing relationships
Prospect to develop new contacts within accounts
Find all possible opportunities as they pertain to our client's offerings
Coordinate all aspects of account development and sales with inside subject
matter experts and logistics teams
Close deals and foster partnerships
Monthly account forecasting
Travel to respective customers as needed throughout the USA

Requisites
5+ years of Telecom Infrastructure Sales experience (large account
management preferred)
Successful/Proven track record in sales and account management
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player
High energy, Proactive, Hunter, Motivated, Closer, Uncompromising Ethics
Willingness to travel up to 25-30%
Highly organized individual who can map out a large account and associated
technologies being used by the customer

Location: Prefer residency in Dallas Metro or Los Angeles Metro. However,
other locations with good airport connections will be considered.
Compensation: Performance-based salary + commission remuneration plan
