Senior Project Engineer
FPC - Dallas
Senior Project Engineer, global Consumer Products manufacturer, Dallas/Fort
Worth location. Lead multi-million dollar projects in this highly automated
packaged-goods manufacturing environment. As a senior-level technical
resource, you will also lead project development and troubleshooting
efforts, making use of your Automation and Controls systems experience, as
well as your experience working with CI tools such as Lean, TPM, Kaizen,
and Six Sigma.
Working with all levels of the company, from production/maintenance groups
to corporate department people, you will
Develop and lead projects that will meet business objectives,
Act as a technical resource for cross-functional corporate- and plant-

as well as with maintenance, operations, and corporate-level groups.

Salary : $110K and up, plus bonus. The benefits, incentive compensation,

Qualifications. Some things are obvious, some must be demonstrated:
The company seeks a degreed Engineer with at least 7-10 or more years of
experience in Project Management in a Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing
environment. Additionally, be prepared to demonstrate your:
** TPM and related work team environment knowledge and experience,
** Experience with Automation and Controls systems in a high-speed
packaged-goods manufacturing environment. Knowledge of engineering
principles in areas such as: manufacturing systems, statistics and process
measurement, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting
** Experience in managing up to $10M capital investments.
