If you have experience in the sale of agricultural products and experience
in territory sales, please read on! We manufacture and distribute liquid
chemicals that enhance the growth of farm crops.

What You Will Be Doing
- As a State Territory Manager, you will establish and develop
relationships with distributors, dealers and agents for plant-growth
- You will manage the business development in one or possibly two states
- You'll train dealers on how to sell the products and provide technical
support to ensure they are well-equipped to handle customer concerns
- This is an individual contributor role and this position reports to the
Regional Manager
- You'll target distributors and dealers who carry seeds, pesticides,
fertilizers, fungicides and other agricultural products
- You'll provide feedback to the company on important market conditions,
trends and customer needs
- At season end, you will evaluate the performance of distributors and
- You'll advise farmers on how to maximize acres using our chemistry

What You Need for this Position
- Experience in the sale of Agricultural Products
- Experience in territory sales
- Experience successfully establishing distributors
- Experience successfully establishing dealers
- The ability to train dealers on how to sell plant-growth products
- Knowledge of crop protection, seed sales, or plant nutrition is preferred
- A relevant college degree is preferred
