Savant Group is currently seeking a Traffic/Transportation Engineering
Project Manager capable of leading all aspects of project delivery for
multiple, concurrent projects on a wide variety of transportation projects
including: traffic signal designs, signal timing plans, signing and
pavement marking plans, traffic control plans, traffic impact analyses, as
well as possibly illumination and ITS designs.

The ideal candidate for this position is a proven leader looking to serve
in a key staff role at our fast growing firm. In addition to design
expertise, the qualified candidate will also be well versed in business
development, scope preparation and contract management, staff management
and mentoring, and quality control review. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills are a must and will be required to facilitate meetings
with clients and all other stakeholders for the successful completion of
each project. Execution of high-quality written, verbal, and graphical
deliverables in the form of progress reports, operational concepts,
technology reviews, designs, specifications, presentations, and proposals
are also expected. Minimum Requirements: * BS in civil engineering, MS
preferred * 8-15 years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering
* Current registration as a PE in Texas, or ability to obtain within 6
months *

Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification (PTOE) preferred *
Ability to work in a team environment and participate in outdoor field work
* Strong mentoring and leadership skills * Excellent organizational skills
with ability to work under multiple competing deadlines *

Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficient in
Microstation and Synchro (including project experience) * TransCAD, AGi and
VISSIM project experience a plus *

Texas Class C Drivers license with acceptable driving record Compensation:
