Vice President Business Development

OmniSYS, LLC. - Dallas

OmniSYS is seeking a Vice President to lead the company's Sales team across
the pharmacy and DME markets. This position is responsible for the
following:
Develop and execute on a one-year and three-year business plan that ensures
short term and longer term growth and profitability.
Develop and execute a sales pipeline to meet annual revenue targets across
all market segments.
Hire, develop and lead a small team of talented sales executives respected
in the marketplace by the clients the company serves and by internal
stakeholders.
Lead the successful negotiation of new contracts, retaining profitability.
Review existing contracts for compliance and ensure appropriate terms and
parameters are negotiated moving forward.
Ensure C-Suite relationships with existing and new clients are nurtured and
developed. Develop the capabilities with the team to work at senior levels
of the organizations served.
Continually evaluate the structure/design and capacity of the business
development team and modify when necessary.
Lead the development of metrics and tools to effectively manage sales and
business development. Ensure budget, revenue and profitability targets are
met.
Be the 'voice of the customer' internally, ensuring new products are
developed and client service standards remain high.
Develop effective internal relationships and support and contribute to the
development of a world class leadership team.
Participate in Board Meetings.
Desired Education & Experience
7+ years of demonstrative sales management and leadership experience with a
widely respected health services company.
Experience selling pharmacy services; PBM, DME, revenue cycle management or
other business aligned with OmniSYS current and future customer base.
Experience in forging strategic alliances and negotiating complex bundled
arrangements. Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, growth oriented
company or division of a company, building resources mindfully with a key
focus on the P&L. This entrepreneurial experience combined with large
company experience is ideal.
Established relationships with current (and prospective) OmniSYS clients,
is clearly desirable. Someone who references well and is respected among
his/her peers and clients.
Excellent communications skills. Comfortable in presenting in an informal
environment. Presents well to the C-Suite. Effective writing skills.
Consultative selling experience.
MBA is highly desirable.
