Accounting Manager Supervisor
Robert Half Finance and Accounting has partnered with one of Tarrant
County's most respected corporations to recruit an Accounting Manager over
Mergers and Acquisitions. The Accounting Manager - M&A is responsible for
performing due diligence related to mergers/acquisitions, coordinating post
acquisition financial integration processes including business combination
(purchase) accounting, managing financial accounting for non-integrated
acquisitions, building strong working relationships with all levels of
finance staff at other locations, and for serving as a key member of the
financial close team. In addition, this position will assist with special
projects as assigned.
Requirements:
To be considered candidate must be a CPA with Big 4 / National Accounting
firm Manager level experience. Clients that are SEC registrants highly
preferred. Experience with acquisition due diligence and international
accounting experience preferred.
Salary to $110K plus bonus.
