AV Project Manager

Located in Dallas TX, we are one of the areas leading events companies. We
have been created to provide turnkey EVENT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS for
strategic meeting management objectives.
We are looking for candidates with a preferred background in AV-Rental-
Staging to come on board as our newest Project Manager/Technical Director.
This person will not only be required to extremely technically competent of
the equipment being used at all our corporate events, but they will also
manage a team, other vendors and most importantly our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
This position is responsible for coordinating the scope of work to insure
hours allotted, materials used, tools required and hours of operation for
each project meet specific budget requirements.
While the person must be technically competent of the equipment being used
on our corporate events they would also be managing people, other vendors
and most importantly our customers.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of Project Management experience and knowledge of:
+ You must have a good work ethic and attitude
+ Supervise Installations from Start to Finish
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Manage Tech. field staff
+ Phone & Network installation and setup
+ Audio equipment termination and installation
+ Video equipment termination and installation
+ RTI Installation/Programming
+ Crestron Installation/Programming
+ Control4 Installation/Programming
+ Capable of filling in any knowledge gaps quickly through independent
+ Attention to detail
+ Organized, work with project documentation, system testing,
+ Construction knowledge
+ Networks knowledge (LAN, WiFi)
+ Communication knowledge (RS232, IR, RF, IP)
+ Computer knowledge (applications, tools and development)
+ Current hi-end Audio / Video equipment setup and calibration
+ Alarm systems installation & programming
+ Camera System installation & programming (including network setup)
+ Lighting systems familiarity (Lutron)
+ Intercom and Telephone systems setup & programming
+ Pre-wiring retrofit & new construction
+ Ability to interact with high end clients
+ $60,000 - $80,000
