New Century Hospice, a growing Fort Worth area hospice provider, seeks a
highly motivated and energetic Business Office Manager to manage all
non-clinical aspects of the office, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
in a hospice or home health setting, for a full-time position.
The Business Office Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and
establishes a professional and caring relationship with other members of
the management team, support staff, patients and families, physicians,
facilities and other health care professionals. The ideal candidate will
have experience with human resource management, hospice electronic billing
systems, Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, general office and
supplies management and have exceptional follow through.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
*Management of all aspects of billing
*Maintain personnel files
*Payroll
*Accounts Payable
*Ordering office supplies
*Communications Systems (telephones, faxes)
