Director of HR

The ODA Group is working with a growing Oil and Gas services firm that is
looking for someone to lead their HR function. This role would work with
the leadership and advise/execute on a number of issues.
The company has gone through incredible growth ($110 million in revenue,
currently about 750 employees and should be double that by 2nd quarter of
2015) and will continue to do so. They need someone who can advise on
policy and procedures, compensation plans, benefits, etc. Also, this person
would initially manage 7-9 people (recruiters and generalists). Its a great

Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures
Benefits experience - Health, 401k, vacation, etc.
Supervisory and leadership experience
Experience with non-exempt employees
Talent management and recruitment
