Jani-King International, Inc.- Director of National Accounts
Jani-King is currently looking for a Director of National Accounts to be
based in our Dallas corporate headquarters. This senior level individual
must be professional, ethical, polished and confident sales executive that
will consult with business leaders and franchise owners across the nation
on large national level accounts.
Overview of Responsibilities
The person selected for this high level role must plan, develop,
communicate, sell, and implement strategic initiatives and priorities in
the national accounts channel. The ability to build long lasting successful
relationships is paramount. They will be responsible for attaining top-line
revenue and bottom-line profit targets through developing strategic account
plans and initiatives for identified customers, and continuously search for
new opportunities with new and existing customers. One very important
aspect of this role is to develop and expand relationships with current and
new customers across all levels and partner with internal support functions
to meet or exceed customer expectations. The Director of National Accounts
must also be an effective communicator that accurately and efficiently
communicates information within and outside the organization. We are
looking for an individual that can effectively communicate and exhibit
Jani-King standards through high work ethic and positive leadership.
Key Competencies and Position Requirements
A Bachelors degree in an applicable discipline or equivalent in education
and work related experience.
Proven new business development experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experienced with high level sales, marketing and client relationship
management. Must be comfortable talking to, working with, and engaging
senior level C-suite executives within large organizations.
Must have acute business acumen with understanding of organizations P&L.
Strong time management skills
Experience in commercial cleaning industry a plus.
Must be able to travel 25 - 50%
Experienced utilizing computer based programs such as MS Office
A team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
