District Director of Business Development
Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a District Director of Business
Development for the Dallas -Fort Worth area with an excellent Long Term
Acute Care organization! We are working with a premiere client who has
multiple LTAC facilities. The District Director will implement, support,
provide analysis, execution, and training for the sales & marketing
initiatives throughout the district.
Responsibilities include:
*Ensures the standardization of sales and marketing practices and procedures
*Provides leadership and support to district Long Term Acute Care
Facilities / Hospitals
*Enable hospitals to meet business objectives, increase market awareness,
implement strategies, create sales and marketing plans... etc.
*Participates as a key team member with District Operations team to support
and lead sales and marketing efforts that compliments their initiatives
*Travel up to 80% depending upon district
Qualifications & Requirements:*Minimum experience: 5 years of senior sales
management experience over the sales and marketing for multiple hospital /
LTAC locations
*Must have 5 or more years of hands on sales experience
*Must have experience in leading, training, and managing sales teams
*Experience in leading senior management with the development of strategic
marketing plans
*Master's Degree in Business or Hospital Administration
*Relocation is considered for this position
