seeking an Executive Assistant II responsible for providing support for
senior level executive in their day to day tactical administrative
requirements. Individual must show the desire and capability to take on
more strategic tasks. The ideal candidate will have a reputation for
exceeding expectations, be diplomatic and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced
environment. It is important for our Executive Assistant II to be
dependable, efficient and professional and should be able to act on behalf
of CMI and the clients' needs.
◾Provide general day to day support including: maintaining all calendar
items, contacts, meetings and commitments, organization of any items that
need signatures/attention, phone coverage, expense reports, messages and
email assistance as needed.
◾Manage a substantial portion of the executives' inbound and outbound
communication with staff and teams. This will include independent action on
handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action and act as a
liaison between all parties.
◾Coordinate arrangements for travel and internal/external meetings with and
without outside guests, events with and without catering as needed
◾Demonstrate ability to interact daily with customers, prospects and other
external contacts and provide exceptional customer service and attention to
detail. Ability to research items as needed and provide a summary as needed.
◾Create, review and edit business presentations in all MS office products
for various internal and external meetings. Attention to detail, accuracy a

Position Requirements
◾College graduate preferred
◾5+ years of experience as an executive or senior-level assistant

◾Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing
priorities within established deadlines
◾Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability
to think outside of the box and not require day to day direction
◾Strong customer service orientation with solid interpersonal and
oral/written communication skills, including the ability to communicate
effectively with all levels of staff.
◾A team player with excellent customer driven skills and the ability to
build, establish, and maintain effective working relationships
◾Exceptional presentation and communications skills. Writes and presents
effectively; is able to build and improve messaging on nascent ideas;
adjusts to fit the audience and the message; strongly gets a message across.
