CornerStone s Professional Division is seeking a Field Services Manager for
an immediate direct hire opportunity.
The Field Service Manager is responsible for the lifecycle of customer
facing field work including field service engineers, hardware support
technicians, delivery of both on-site and remote routine services including
installations, maintenance and repair. The Field Services Manager will also
perform corporate desktop and phone support.
Job Title: Field Services Manager
Location: Fort Worth
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or
equivalent experience in a technical field.
At least 5 years of management experience in the management of technical
At least 6 years of technical hands on experience and/or training with
desktop, infrastructure or network systems
Must have experience with project management, decision analysis, and root
cause analysis.
Ability to travel frequently
Good technical knowledge of Windows systems with some experience in Unix
Experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals is a plus
Technical certifications in the area of desktop and systems support,
networking or related area is a plus
