IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a contract-to-hire position
in the Dallas area. This position will require being able to offer first
level support to the Helpdesk and end users on various issues.

Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and solve helpdesk support issues

Handle support service tickets, phone calls, emails and requests

Document, monitor, and track problems

Provide timely solutions to issues

Aide in mobile and handheld device setup

Help maintain accurate inventory of equipment and peripherals

Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and desktop software
systems

Qualifications:

1+ years experience in helpdesk related position or supporting end user
hardware, software and peripherals

1+ years experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating system (W7),
setup and support for workstation and laptops, desktop imaging software,
Dameware, troubleshooting, and active directory user setup.

Experience with the following is a plus: McKesson and/or other Medical/
Home Health Application, HIPAA compliancy standards, and PeopleSoft.

Hourly: $15-16/hr.

Salary: $35,000
