M-Files is looking for Existing Business Key Account Manager to help us
toward our goal of becoming the leading provider of enterprise content and
document management solutions in the world.

As an Existing Business Key Account Manager your role will focus on selling
add-on products, additional licenses and services to M-Files(R) existing
customers. The perfect candidate will have an outgoing personality and
professional approach that will allow them to build relationships with
prospective customers, help evaluate their needs and determine how M-Files
can benefit their business. You will need to have a strong technical
background to fully understand how M-Files works and provide the most
strategic solutions to our customers.

Primary day-to-day tasks will consist of:
Contacting potential existing customers via the phone and email

Setting appointments and conducting online meetings with customers

Demonstrating the software, add-ons and services

Generating proposals

Most importantly winning business!

Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for selling and winning with
telesales experience

Proven work ethic and ability to effectively build and manage a sales

Strong people skills and an ability to listen to the customer and translate
their needs into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals

Ability to overcome objections and challenges on phone and in remote online

Strong knowledge of Windows-based environments (Workstations and Servers),
IIS and MS SQL Server

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel
and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of networks and the Internet

Experience and working knowledge of databases a plus

Experience and working knowledge of .NET languages (e.g. VB) is a plus

Experience with document/content management systems a plus

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years in a technology-centric environment with
customer-facing experience. A background in technical sales, technical
sales support or application engineering would be very helpful.

EDUCATION: B. Sc. in Information Technology or equivalent is required.
