Purchasing Coordinator: Creates, processes, and tracks purchase orders.
Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on
shipment and delivery. Requires strong verbal and written communication,
organizational and time management skills.

Preparing and editing purchase orders from all departments in accordance
with the company's policies and procedures.

Oversees vendors with our purchases to maintain orders are being processed
through via email; phone or fax.

Act as a laison between vendor and Account Coordinator and all depts. to
establish the best outcome for an order.

Will look for ways to reduce costs to the company, such as evaluating costs
of purchasing from various suppliers to arrive at the best deal.

Maintaining a filing system for purchase orders and updating appropriate
records when required.
Interacting with vendors in case of delay in delivery, receipt of damaged
or incorrect quantity of goods and take corrective action.
