Job Overview: Provides development and implementation of strategies and
tactics improving the member experience for assigned segment, to ensure
segment growth and satisfaction as measured by improved net promoter score
(NPS). Responsible for leading the marketing experience aspects of
development, testing, and implementation of programs to achieve segment
growth and satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Serves as primary cross-functional lead with market Intelligence, design
and development, strategic initiatives, regions, local councils and others
to identify opportunities to improve the member experience. Builds
quantifiable business cases to support allocation of BSA resources.
*Provides marketing and program member experience expertise for the
organization. Actively participates and leads cross-functional and/or
multi-discipline teams to develop, launch and assesses programs to improve
member satisfaction and growth.
*Develops marketing formulas, campaigns and materials to support the
ongoing needs of assigned segments trained on the most current information
regarding assigned segments. Provides updates and confers with Customer
Care, along with all other relevant functional areas regarding changes,
communications and initiatives for the segment.
*Ensures the organization and first line of communications to members, via
Customer Care assuring is aware and trained on the most current information
regarding assigned segments. Provides updates and confers with Customer
Care, along with all other relevant functional areas regarding changes,
communications and initiatives for segment
*Responsible for tracking, reporting and communications on the status and
performance of assigned segment projects. Responsible for initial and
updates on budgets, schedules, deliverables, and status reports on a
regular and ad hoc basis.
*Maintains monthly and annual tracking of segment health (membership, JTE,
etc.). Utilizes the information to inform, confer, adjust and deliver solid
member experience to the department and project teams regarding the status
and viability of assigned segments.
Qualifications/ Experience:
*5 Years Plus/local boy scout council experience
*Bachelor's Degree
