As a member of Suretech Completions USA, Specialist-Client Solutions will
report directly to the Manager - Suretech USA Client Solutions and will be
located in Oklahoma or Dallas. The Specialist-Client Solutions will be
accountable for maintaining, developing and expanding the company's current
customer base.
General Responsibilities:
*Promote sales to existing clients
*Identify, coordinate and oversee the securement of new clients
*Evaluate market and technical trends in oil and gas plays
*Assess clients' needs and resources and recommends the appropriate goods
or services
*Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored
to suit clients' needs
*Prepare and administer sales contracts , quotes and proposals
*Develop and prepare sales proposals and deliver sales presentations
*Supply after sales support and technical services to clients relating to
operation of equipment
*Review and adapt to information regarding product innovations, competitors
and market conditions
*Plan the promotion of products and services
*Negotiate sales of products and services
*Prepare revenue and activity forecasts
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ten years' experience in oil and gas
*Five years of experience in sales or related discipline
*Mechanically inclined with down-hole and multi-stage tool experience
*Technical skills including equipment maintenance and selection,
installation and operation
*Knowledge of safety standards and requirements of complex oilfield service
*Knowledge and understanding of distribution, supply chain and
manufacturing business issues
*Demonstrate professionalism and respect including ethical behavior and
general business skills
*Awareness of latest technology related to product and business
*Demonstrated market knowledge
*Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to
communicate in an enthusiastic and motivated manner
*Skill in selling or promoting concepts and ideas
*Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, members and the general public
