Title:                 IT Client Support Engineer
Location:         San Francisco, CA
Duration:         6+Months

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:
        Ping top 10 high risk assets
        Manage Compliance queue
        Follow Change Management Process
        Support & review technical documentation of ongoing processes
        Edit and test policies using client management software
        Drive testing of applications, scripts and policies
        Identify systemic issues
        Determine opportunities for automation of repeatable tasks
        Maintains user accounts, passwords, data integrity, system access & security within policy
        Triage incoming work, gather information to resolve or escalate to Senior members on the team

        1-3 years minimum IT Support experience in a professional technical environment
        OSX and Windows proficient
        Experience with Mac and PC hardware
        Knowledgeable of Windows & OS X client management software
        Knowledge of imaging technologies
        Command line & basic scripting experience
        Google Apps for enterprise experience
        Experience with support ticket management and tracking
        Network fundamentals
        Strong customer focus
        Strong verbal and written skills
        Attention to detail
        Ability to multi task to meet deadlines and deliverables in fast paced environment
        Self starter that learns quickly, on the fly
        Process-oriented with strong attention to detail, problem solving and teamwork abilities
