Job Role: Junior/Freshers/Intern/Graduates/Sales/Product Support Associate
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Duration: 12 months+
Work Timing: Night Shift Job 12:00 AM PST - 9:00 AM PST

Client is looking for Junior or Freshers or college graduates who has some experience with Sales/Product support skills.

Job Description: 

  • Serve as the first-line of support in the advertising bugs triage process 
  • Provide high-level support to the sales team for advertising bugs in The client’s products 
  • Use troubleshooting skills to identify the root cause of a bug 
  • Develop deep knowledge and specialize in The client’s advertising product support groups 
  • Investigate and prioritize advertising bugs, escalating to next level support where appropriate 
  • Effectively communicate a bug resolution, workaround, and/or bug replication instructions 
  1. Associate or technical degree preferred.
  2. Experience with product technical support 
  3. Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve 
  4. Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve or troubleshoot issues and distill into clear and concise communications 
  5. Work onsite (Menlo Park) from Monday through Friday 
  6. Support a rotating, off-business hour’s on-call support schedule
