SPM Global Risk and Corporate Investment & Treasury Technology:
Shared Services Production Management(SSPM) Global Risk Technology(GRT) and Corporate Investments and Treasury Technology(CITT) provides production management solutions to Global Risk, Corporate Investments, and Corporate Treasury Development and Business partners to ensure daily delivery of technology functions that serve those business lines
The role is for a Release/Configuration associate supporting the Market Risk and PB Margin Applications. The key services provided are Change, Release and Configuration management for Production and Pre-Production environments. The individual will be hands on with day to day support of these key services. The person will Work closely with application development team, quality assurance team, support team and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc).
Key activities are initiating change request, performing application releases, automating production releases, creating reports/status updates, refreshing pre-production environments, operational risk activities, production gatekeeper/control points.
Prod Supp - Application Support
1. Keep schedules, make tight deadlines, work timely and independently. The expectation is that this person will be responsible for day to day operations keeping the system healthy.
2. Send out timely and effective user communications.
3. Prioritize or engage management in situations when prioritization is a challenge.
4. Lead meetings and triage calls.
5. Identify incident root cause and corrective actions.
6. Implement automation and performance improvement.

4. Shell scripting
5. Autosys or other scheduler experience
6. ITIL concepts.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform RCA at a short interval
•Ability to think out of box and provide innovative solutions

•Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in planning, developing and deploying test strategies for large-scale Web, client/server and Mobile applications.
Expertise in automation with Load Runner, and Selenium for web based applications leveraging AngularJS, web sockets, streaming, extjs.
Experience automating analytics and data comparison test suites highly preferable.
Experience in using Load Runner for monitoring system resources, server performance for Critical Applications.
Proficient in writing Test Plans and Test Cases for both Manual and Automated Testing and Experience in writing test scripts using TSL, Vuser scripting and VBScript languages.
Aware of the SDLC, SDLC Models and QA methodologies like waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodologies.
Extensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of QA methodologies.
Work experience in Financial – Global Markets industry"
Candidate will be a member of a small team of business analysts and developers who support front office, middle office, market risk, and finance users in collecting, transforming, loading, and reporting end of day and intraday fixed income and derivative trading positions, and other financial data. Candidate will be responsible for a wide range of business analysis and/or programming tasks and technologies ranging from Informatica ETL, to Python, to Perl, to Oracle Stored procedures and SQL. Candidate will use these to provide significant automation and enhancement of existing and new processes required to support CIDW’s adoption in the Enterprise as an official Authorized Data Provisioner.
Candidate will be involved in data analysis, requirements, documentation, data quality, design, code, test, and level 2/3 support of star schema data warehouse. Team uses an Agile development process.
