Job description:-

Job Function: As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will drive enhancements to support engineering functions and provide backend support for high-availability applications. You will be a primary liaison between application users and technical teams and be responsible for providing overall functional/technical analysis and design for multiple Engineering Applications projects, as well as coordinating matrixed technologies and process teams. The position will also have ownership for functional design, requirements, systems analysis, customer expectations, and support for various projects and production systems. Responsibilities: Provide project management and integration support for new projects and operational activities. Provide backend support for production engineering applications, which includes, but is not limited to monitoring and resolving data transfer, loading, and integrity issues, troubleshooting application issues, user acceptance testing for new releases, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of systems analysis experience across all phases of the system development life cycle for both off-the-shelf and custom applications. * Have keen sense of key issues and priorities. * Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements for a mixed business and technical audience. * Expertise in defining business processes and recommending changes. * Strong meeting facilitation skills. * Ability to drive change within the organization through consensus-building. * Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply that knowledge. * Systems Analyst experience in custom development & packaged systems full-lifecycle implementations, including - Requirements Management, Functional Design, Functional Testing, UAT, Conversion / Roll Out, and Production Support. * Experience with software development. * Experience working in Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. * Basic knowledge of database structures and querying (SQL). * Process improvement and user training / communication / change management * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working with engineering/data-analysis applications such as Tibco Spotfire, PDF dataPOWER/Exensio, Optimal Plus, Synopsys Yield Explorer, Rudolph Genesis, or equivalent desired. * Understanding of semiconductor characterization methodologies and related data desired * Understanding of semiconductor test data collection and formats desired. * Prior experience working in or directly with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or Yield Engineering desired. * Strong project management skills. * Ability to work with the complexity or difficulty of incompletely defined tasks, synthesize ambiguous or conflicting requirements, determine the level of effort required to complete these tasks, and clearly communicate and implement a development plan. * Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to foster a positive and constructive relationship with internal customers, vendors and matrixed team members
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering and/or Information Technology
