Job Title: Incident Response Program Manager
Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension
Location: SF, CA
Work independently or in a small team to in plan, administer, and monitor projects.
Aid with project development, budgeting, planning and design, scheduling, risk management, and project
Manage the working relationship with vendors; help asses which are providing value.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements; define project goals, scope, approach, and
overall task plan to include providing clarity on critical path tasks
Prepare project documentation and briefings.
Assist Security Response/Legal in managing efforts to resolve data exposures, manage communications with
3rd parties and internally.
Utilize project management expertise to assist in developing resource estimation and planning tools
Apply strong interpersonal skills to elicit understanding of complex, ill-defined problems and procedures; brief
suggestions for improvement to senior leadership
Work across functions to improve standards and practices
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across teams and org's.

What You Need:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task; high customer service focus with attention to detail,
accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Proficient in the entire Google Office suite.
Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project
Collaborative, clear, and consistent.
Takes INITIATIVE, FOLLOWS-THRU on tasks and produces RESULTS.
